Relax & Restore

 

Relax & Restore classes are designed to alleviate both physical and mental stress, promoting relaxation, peace, and calm. Using Restorative Yoga principles, the class utilizes props to support the body, allowing for deep relaxation and release. Participants are guided through breathing exercises and meditation to focus and quiet the mind. This gentle class is ideal for busy individuals needing to slow down or those with physical limitations requiring a low-intensity activity.

Deep Stretch

 

A Deep Stretch class, based on Yin Yoga, aims to relax you, ease tension, and increase your flexibility and range of motion, while also promoting mental peace. You'll hold seated and reclined poses for 3-5 minutes each, which allows you to deeply stretch connective tissues, ligaments, joints, and bones. The class also incorporates breathwork and mindfulness to help release physical and mental stress. The intensity is moderate.

Flow Expanded

 

Flow Expanded is a more advanced version of Flow classes. It's designed to challenge your focus and take you beyond the fundamentals with creative transitions and complex poses. The intensity is moderately high, and if the class is heated, the temperature will be between 85 and 90 degrees Fahrenheit.

Power Flow with Weights

 

This is a high-intensity workout class that combines yoga and traditional fitness. It aims to make you stronger (bones), fitter (muscles), more energetic and improve your stamina. It includes yoga poses, exercises with hand weights, core sliders, and high-intensity exercises, along with focused breathing. The class is challenging but allows for modifications to suit different fitness levels, while maintaining a mindful approach. The room is heated to 85-90 degrees.

Meditation

 

Enhance your focus and awareness, improve your relationship with yourself and the world, and discover greater peace and calm. In meditation classes, you'll be guided through various techniques to help you become present, develop self-awareness, and cultivate positive mental qualities. Your mind is a powerful asset, and by caring for it regularly through meditation, you'll strengthen your ability to live a joyful, peaceful, and content life. Intensity: low.

Restorative Flow

 

This class combines Restorative and Flow yoga, offering a slowed-down, modified flow sequence followed by relaxing restorative poses. The gentle movements and supportive stretches aim to leave participants feeling open, relaxed, and at ease, with a moderately low intensity.

Power Down & Deep Stretch

 

This class combines the dynamic movements of a slower-paced Power yoga with the deep stretches of Yin yoga. It aims to build both strength and flexibility. You'll start with a gentle warm-up, followed by standing poses to improve stability and strength. The class will conclude with longer held Yin poses to release tension in your connective tissues and joints. Expect a moderately high intensity workout in a heated room (85-90 degrees Fahrenheit).

Barre

 

Barre is a high-energy, low-impact workout combining Pilates, ballet, strength training, HIIT, and yoga. It focuses on core stability, balance, range of motion, isometric holds, cardiovascular health, and mindful movement. This total body workout improves strength, posture, and balance without high-impact movements, leaving you feeling mentally and physically strong.
